Now that I am about to complete a big translation project that began in Mid-December of last year, I will start a new coding project that adds the calendar function to the TEO community. |
| This time, I am planning a rather ambitious coding, fully utilizing the built-in calendar function of the .Net Framework. The calendar function will be placed below the Navigation menu on the left column and display both calendar and archive table. The calendar will display the current month with the next/previous month arrows and mark the dates on which there are any messages posted in any of the 4 boards (Mission, Message, Blog and Coty). When clicking on the marked dates, the corresponding messages will be displayed. In the archive table, only the months, in which any of the messages from these 4 boards exist, will be displayed. When clicking on any of those months, the corresponding monthly calendar will be displayed with the message marks on it. It is unknown to what extent I can realize the above mentioned specifications but I will do my best. I plan to proceed in the following 4 stages; investigation, revise specification if necessary, coding and testing. Please wait for the next blog, in which I will report all the results. |
