Since RSS2 was created for English from the first, the original style sheet was not supporting the double byte character.　　Then, the new style sheet which supports a double byte needed to be specified.　　Japanese RSS feed was made instantly, it changed so that only RSS of English or Japanese might be displayed with each language community, and it was settled. Good grief. RSS feed has a completely different format called RSS1 currently widely used together with this RSS2. Since most RSS leaders are supporting both formats, they are not going to dabble in RSS1.
